Refunds and Date Change Requests

Please be careful when you make your order! Your Paypal receipt should contain the details for your order. If you must make a date change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. Because last-minute changes cost us money, we do have to pass along these charges. Our date change and refund policies are as follows:

Changing the date for your order, if your request is made 5 or more days in advance of your delivery date, will have no charge.

Changing the date for your order, if your request is made 2-5 days before your delivery date, will result in a 10% charge.

Changing the date for your order, if your request is made the day before your delivery date, will result in a 20% charge.

Same day requests for a date change, unless we’re able to use your crate for another customer, will result in a 50% charge.  If we are able to resell your crate, there will only be a 20% charge.

Refund requests made 5 or more days in advance of your delivery date will incur a 10% fee (90% refund).

Refund requests made 2-5 days before your delivery date, will incur a 20% fee (80% refund).

Refund requests made the day before your order date will incur a 50% fee (50% refund).

Apologies, but we cannot honor refund requests made on or after your scheduled delivery date.
